Treatment Modalities: Pure Craniosacral Therapy or Craniosacral
combined with massage.
Denise's style of theraputic massage is based in Acupressure, Swedish, Breema and Craniosacral Therapy. She
draws from knowledge gained from her 13 years of practicing yoga and 9 years of practicing bodywork. Her focus
is in holding sacred space, compassion, and care for the 'whole' person - body mind and spirit. This makes for
an integrative, nurturing, healing and relaxing experience. Denise completed certification in Acupressure and
Massage in 1995 from the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley. From 1997 to 2000 she studied Breema bodywork at
the Breema Center in Berkeley. During this time she also received 1st and 2nd degree Reiki initiation. Denise
began her studies in Craniosacral therapy with the Upledger Institute in 2004 and
has completed Levels I through III of their training program. Complimenting her bodywork training, Denise completed a 4 year yoga teacher training
with Dona Holleman in 1999. From 1996 to the present Denise has maintained intensive study with Zhander
Remete
in Shadow Yoga. Denise has been teaching public yoga classes and workshops at Moksha Yoga Shala since 1997. |

Treatment Modalities: Jin Shin Jyutsu, Tui Na, Acupressure,
Chinese Herbal Patent Formulas, and Craniosacral Therapy.
Tomasa has been practicing Oriental Healing Arts since 1997. At that time she received certification for Jin
Shin Jyutsu and in 1998 received certification for Acupressure and Tui Na from the Acupressure Institute in
Berkeley. Before she came to know these healing arts, she received her B.S. degree from UC Berkeley in
Electrical Engineering. With this degree she had a highly successful career in the tech industry for 15 years,
however she found the healing arts to be much more profound and decided to become a "jumper cable" herself.
She has helped many clients with different projects, such as hypertension, allergies, tendonitis, bronchitis,
colds, flu, gout, cancer, and much more. Most come to see her for stress relief to release their back pain or
neck and shoulder tension, but know and feel that they are receiving more than physical relief. Tomasa feels
that this work heals the soul on a very deep level as she works with clients mentally, physically, emotionally,
and metaphysically. Tomasa offers sessions in Walnut Creek at Moksha Yoga Shala, as well as at her office in
Los Altos.
