THE ART AND SCIENCE OF PRACTICE
refining the Chaya Sanchalanam

True yogic sadhana is both art and science. This course will guide participants into a deeper understanding of both these aspects in service of refining, and ultimately mastering the Chaya Yoddha Sanchalanam prelude ("yoking the shadow warrior"). In addition, new components of the asana vinyasa and conclusion sections will be introduced. The intent will be to guide students towards a more efficient, skillful and effective practice.

Please note that this course includes 3 online and 3 in-person sessions in Berkeley CA. The online sessions will be recorded and students will have access to the recordings through June 29, 2024. IMPORTANT: The first online session will be pre-recorded (not live-streamed) and students will have access to it beginning May 15th. The online only option is being offered for students who do not live in the Bay Area. Local students must enroll for the entire course.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
for all workshops & courses
No refunds are given for cancellations, however a full credit towards a future course or workshop will be given if cancellation request is received no less than one week prior to the first session. Cancellations or withdrawals within one week or after the start of a course receive no credit.
