This second course teaching the Mantra Sadhana / Asana Angahara will expand and build upon the level I course from winter 2024. The Asana Angahara taught will differ from the level I course, and continue to focus on establishing the necessary conditions such that the most essential asanas become accessible with sthiram sukham (firmness and ease).

Please note that this course includes 3 online and 3 in-person sessions in Berkeley CA. The online sessions will be recorded and students will have access to the recordings through May 17, 2024. The online only option is being offered for students who do not live in the Bay Area. Local students must enroll for the entire course.

Students must be experienced with the Shadow Yoga Preludes and Nrtta Sadhana. Students who meet these requirement but were not in the level I course must Contact Mark prior to registering to determine eligibility for this course.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
for all workshops & courses
No refunds are given for cancellations, however a full credit towards a future course or workshop will be given if cancellation request is received no less than one week prior to the first session. Cancellations or withdrawals within one week or after the start of a course receive no credit.
