The Ananda Tandava (Shiva's dance of dissolution) is one of the six forms of Nrtta Sadhana. This course will progressively teach the form in full practice format (Nrtta form, asana/vinyasa, and conclusion). The asana /vinyasa will focus on the primary seats, and the conclusion will introduce mudras and bija mantras for the chakras.
All sessions conducted via Zoom will be recorded and participants will have access to the recordings through July 31, 2026.
PREREQUISITE for this course is completion of the Nrtta Sadhana: 8 Palms short form course. Contact Mark if you have questions.

Participants must have experience with the 8 Palms short form of the Nrrta Sadhana. Experience with the Kartikkeya Mandala is helpful, but not required.
Local students should register for the full course to take advantage of the in-person sessions.

No refunds are given for cancellations, however a full credit towards a future course or workshop will be given if cancellation request is received no less than one week prior to the first session. Cancellations or withdrawals within one week or after the start of a course receive no credit.
