Come reignite and refresh your practice this Fall, with our first in-person course in over 2 1/2 years!  The online courses we conducted during the Covid shutdowns were very well-received and helpful, as many of you reported, however, it is impossible to replicate the potency of direct, in-person teaching, and it's time to get back to it.

This two-session course will dive more deeply into a few of the key themes that were explored in the online courses, with the intent of helping students ground the teaching more fully in their body and lived experience.

Remaining inspired and engaged in our sadhana requires continual focus, otherwise complacency will quickly set in.  This course will provide an infusion of inspiration and guidance to bring some fresh energy into your practice, as well as set the stage for what we will be offering in 2023.

This course is for all students experienced with the Shadow Yoga Preludes.  Modifications will be given during the practice sessions so that all are challenged and supported. Please contact Mark if you have any questions.

PLEASE NOTE:  It is highly recommended that both sessions be attended as the teaching will be progressive.  However, if this is not possible, individual sessions may be attended.  Space is limited and priority will be given to those who register for the full course.
