INTRO TO NRTTA SADHANA
Pure Dance

This course will introduce some of the foundational stances and karanas of the Nrtta (Pure Dance). These will be integrated with components of the prelude forms to prepare for primary asana vinyasa and conclusion (full practice format).
Students will learn an efficient and powerful sequence of practice that can be adjusted to individual needs and time available.
This course is preparatory to learning the full Nrtta forms which will unfold gradually beginning in Fall of 2025.
All sessions conducted via Zoom will be recorded and participants will have access to the recordings through July 2025.

No refunds are given for cancellations, however a full credit towards a future course or workshop will be given if cancellation request is received no less than one week prior to the first session. Cancellations or withdrawals within one week or after the start of a course receive no credit.
