The Lasya (Kali's creative dance or Long Form) builds upon the 8 Palms short form. This course will progressively teach the form, while refining and deepening everything taught in the 8 Palms short form. The sequence will include primary asana / vinyasa, plus the concluding components (full practice format).
All sessions conducted via Zoom will be recorded and participants will have access to the recordings through April 17, 2026.

For Whom
Participants must have experience with the 8 Palms short form of the Nrrta Sadhana. Experience with the Kartikkeya Mandala is helpful, but not required.
Local students should register for the full course to take advantage of the in-person sessions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
for all workshops & courses
No refunds are given for cancellations, however a full credit towards a future course or workshop will be given if cancellation request is received no less than one week prior to the first session. Cancellations or withdrawals within one week or after the start of a course receive no credit.
