Fall Practitioner Intensive
Mindset, tools, and application
with Mark Horner
Part 1 starts Sept 27, 2025
Part 2 starts Nov 8, 2025
Mindset creates the governing context of yogic sadhana and must be ever-evolving if one’s sadhana is to progress, mature, and bear fruit. This fall intensive for experienced practitioners, will provide an in-depth exploration of mindset and its relationship to the tools of sadhana and their mastery and application. Nrtta, asana vinyasa, mudra, and pranayama will be worked with and developed within the theme of the course.
The teaching will unfold sequentially through the two parts of this intensive. Therefore, part 1 is prerequisite to part 2.
All sessions conducted via Zoom will be recorded and participants will have access to the recordings through January 9, 2026.
