Drawing from Hatha yogic theory and principles of Ayurveda, this workshop will help participants understand how to adjust their yoga practice over the course of the menstrual cycle, including the pre-menstrual and post-menstrual phases. 

 

Emphasis will be placed on learning to skillfully navigate the female cycle to support health and well-being, by conserving, stabilizing, and balancing energy.

The workshop will include lecture and guided practice, with time for questions and discussion.
