A class and lecture with Emma Balnaves

During the three stages of a women’s life - menstruation, pregnancy and menopause - the practices of Yoga are adapted. Theoretical and practical information will be given based on Asana, Mudra and Pranayama.
Emma Balnaves is the co-founder and director of Shadow Yoga and Nrtta Sadhana.
A portion of the workshop fee will be donated to Oakland Elizabeth House
