This workshop and 3-session course give a clear and simple introduction to the Shadow Yoga practice.
Students will learn the joint mobilization exercises, basic stances, and karanas (dynamic whole-body movements which integrate the limbs and spine). From this workshop students will gain exposure to some of the important and unique aspects of this powerful and effective style of practice and will leave feeling open, grounded, and energized.
It is strongly recommended that all students new to Shadow Yoga attend the workshop AND the 3-session course to get a complete experience and deeper learning.

The workshop is for ALL STUDENTS REGARDLESS OF EXPERIENCE LEVEL.
For students new to Shadow Yoga, the workshop is prerequisite to the 3-session course. Students who have previously taken a Foundations workshop or course may attend either.
