This 3-session course will give a clear and direct introduction to the Shadow Yoga practice and introduce the Chaya Sanchalanam Prelude form.

Students who attend this workshop, will be eligible to take the Chaya Sanchalanam - full practice format course beginning May 10, and the Balakrama Prelude course beginning August 2nd .

The course is for ALL STUDENTS REGARDLESS OF EXPERIENCE LEVEL. It is the place to start for new students of Shadow Yoga.
